The social responsibility (SR) requires as essential condition a dialogue between two subjects: the responsibility's owner and his/her beneficiary. The social responsibility is a virtue. It pushes to pursue the community's good and in this way, according the Aristotelian proposal, the social responsibility's owner improves himself/herself, his/her activity, and the activity's beneficiary. This attention to community's needs says something about the firm's point of view in relationships with its community. The hospital is the typical place for taking care of the others and the art of saying well can be applied to the physician-patient relationship but also to other fields. To say well is an essential condition of the hospital's SR and particularly, since the SR is a virtue applied to an organization in analogic way, an essential aspect in the social responsibility of a general manager, in an hospital. The confidence inspiring a general manager is able to promote a responsible cooperation in order to carry out the health firm's end. A good orator is able to generate in the others those essential energies in order to carry out their duties in the best way and the common good. However true rhetoric needs true SR.
