In questa II parte (la I parte è stata pubblicata nel fascicolo 2/92 alle pp.233-255) l'autore affronta la questione della salubrità degli ambienti di vita e di lavoro sotto l'aspetto del diritto, soffermandosi in particolare sul concetto di "danno alla salute" e "danno biologico". Un ampio paragrafo viene dedicato al problema del risarcimento del danno in riferimento del danno alla salute; alcuni cenni vengono fatti al recente processo di espansione del danno alla salute dalla responsabilità civile alla sicurezza sociale.
