Following the indication of the proposed theme, and on the basis of certain experiences gained by the ANPH (National Association for the Promotion of the Handicapped) in recent years, it seems to me useful to emphasise certain general considerations, in order to allow each person to place them in the experience or field of work closest to them and verify them.
