Authors

The article aims to look at bioethics in the Catholic Chufch's new Catechism (CCC) from three points of view: 1. bioethics as a question of faith; 2. the way the catechism deals with questions of a bioethical nature; 3. the "catechetics" of bioethics. The author considers that it is possible to talk about teaching bioethics in the CCC and that, even though it does not appear explicitly in the text because of choices connected to the organization of the matter, bioethics makes up the anthropological and theological "Leitmotiv" of the exposition of the individuai questions in the Catechism.
