The text examines the configurability of the bundle of rights that outline around the final stages of life and that are biolegal problems. In this regard it appears appropriate to distinguish between end-of-life "typical" rights and "atypical" end-of-life rights, in view of their legal founding and ethical and social shareability.

Il testo prende in esame la configurabilità di quel fascio di diritti che si vengono a delineare intorno alle fasi finali della vita e che si propongono come problema di carattere biogiuridico. In proposito appare opportuna la distinzione tra diritti di fine vita "propri" e diritti di fine vita "impropri", in considerazione della loro fondabilità giuridica e condivisibilità etica e sociale.
