The drug problem has many aspects. One of the most important is the ethical one. In fact, morality concerns the drug problem from a fourfold point of view: from the point of view of production, trade and dealing; from the point of view of consumption; from the point of view of the treatment of drug addicts; from the point of view of drug 'liberalisation'.
