Abstract

The Assembly of the Council of Europe, at its 40th ordinary session, held on Thursday, Feb. 2, in Strasbourg, approved an important Recommendation, which will take No. 1100, on an extremely sensitive issue, that of the use of human embryos and fetuses in scientific research.
