Authors

The article is a review of the comparison between the various ethical positions regarding the question of organ transplantations. After briefly taking into consideration the legai aspects of the matter and stigmatizing organ "trading", the author reflects on themes relating to transplantations, like corporeity and cerebral death, and he concludes by outlining the ethical foundations of organ transplantations.
